benefits at Enonic
You will receive the following benefits while working at Enonic in Norway (there may be regional differences working outside Norway):
Stock Program: All new employees are offered a possibility to buy stocks after having worked for 6 months at Enonic. In addition to a stock options program.
Holidays: 5 weeks fully paid after one year of work.
Holiday payment: 10,2% of annual income, paid by Enonic prior to main holiday.
Health care: Persons who fall ill in Norway are guaranteed medical treatment. Users’ fees are limited – no one pays more than NOK 1,370 a year (in 2000)
Sick pay: from the first day of absence. Enonic covers the costs for the first 16 calendar days. After that, sickness benefits are covered by the national insurance. Sick pay equals normal wages upwards to a ceiling corresponding to six times the so-called base sum in the national insurance scheme.
Maternity leave: choose between 38 weeks of leave with full pay or 48 weeks with 80% pay.
Paternity leave: Six weeks
