Practical Information

Confirmation and Invitation

After a course has been booked you will receive a confirmation by email. Approximately 1 week before the training session, you will also receive an e-mail with practical information.

Invoice is issued at the start of the course—payment within 10 days.

Teachers

All our training instructors are expert employees who work with the product on a daily basis. Our courses in Norway are held in Norwegian, so please let us know if you prefer English. All courses outside Norway are held in English. 

Lunch

Lunch is included in the registration fee for training at Enonic's office.

Cancellation

The course reservation is binding. The course fee will be forfeited for cancellations made within 7 working days prior to the course date. As the course place is not on an individual basis, another person from the same company may be substituted.

Cancelled Course

Enonic reserves the right to cancel or postpone a course if there are not enough participants. Participants will be informed at the latest one week before the planned start date of the course.
