To continue to support this unique business model, Kavli had to acquire a modern digital toolkit. The requirement was both efficient management of multiple websites and facilitation of a close two-way dialogue with consumers.

Challenge: From Fragmented Management to Modern Interaction

Kavli and Q-Meieriene needed a modern web solution that could grow in step with the brands. The internal agency in Kavli needed a platform that makes it easy to manage multiple languages ​​and websites centrally, while each brand retains its unique character.

With the cloud service Enonic Cloud, Kavli got a predictable and scalable operating solution that can be expanded to new markets such as Sweden, Denmark and the United Kingdom without increased complexity.

To lower the threshold for interactivity, Vipps was implemented as login for consumers. Since Enonic has broad support for identity providers (IDPs), Microsoft Entra ID was also introduced for secure and easy access to the administration pages for the employees.

Store Locator: A new, interactive map function connects products directly to store shelves.

Consumers can now find out for themselves where they can get their favorite products, which has relieved customer service of thousands of manual inquiries.

Improved dialogue with "My Q Idea": The process for submitting and processing product suggestions has become an integrated part of Q-Meieriene's website.

A separate admin dashboard in Enonic gives product developers direct access to valuable insights and statistics from consumers.

Easier content production: With integrations to ImageShop and Kundo, content editors can manage both the image bank and consumer dialogue quickly and efficiently from one and the same place.
